January 5
Employers. Semi-weekly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payroll dates December 27-30.
January 7
Employers. Semi-weekly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payroll dates December 31-January 2.
January 9
Employers. Semi-weekly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payroll dates January 3-6.
January 12
Employees who work for tips. Employees who received $20 or more in tips during December must report them to their employer using Form 4070.
January 14
Employers. Semi-weekly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payroll dates January 7-9.
January 15
Monthly depositors. Monthly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payments in December.
January 16
Employers. Semi-weekly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payroll dates January 10-13
January 23
Employers. Semi-weekly depositors must deposit employment taxes for payroll dates January 14-20.
January 28
